I choose to photograph a typical weekend. My husband and I always walk, hike or snowshoe, and take our cameras along. We have our eyes peeled for interesting things going on. At this time of year, in Canada, the snow is melting and it is quite muddy. There is still not really much in the way of new growth, so finding beauty in nature can be difficult. The temperature is perfect, however, for maple sap to start running from the trees. Our local arboretum had their trees tapped. The Canada Geese have migrated back to the North.
On the weekends we also love to eat. It is when we take a break from our usual healthy diets and just enjoy. We went to a quaint cafe and had brunch. This is a typical weekend, it is how we relax and recharge.
What about you, how do you recharge on the weekend?
